a major player like IntelliShop would be aware of the concept of spell checking.

Whilst wrapping up reports for 4 credit union visits I came across the following:

• A prompt for an "electoronic" receipt if available
• A question about feeling "genuainely" appreciated.

WTH?!?!?

Have synthesizers, will travel...

And if you make a typo they'll deduct a point off your score


(not that I care about score, just pointing out the inconsistencies in what they do vs how they treat shoppers)

Transposition is one thing, grapheme substitution is a whole other level of dumbassness. We’re talking Mark Wayne Mullin dumb.
