a major player like IntelliShop would be aware of the concept of spell checking.

Whilst wrapping up reports for 4 credit union visits I came across the following:

• A prompt for an "electoronic" receipt if available
• A question about feeling "genuainely" appreciated.

WTH?!?!?

I pointed out an issue with a posting before and got an unprofessional (and slightly vulgar) self-effacing response that surprised me more than the error.

Hopefully just having a bad day.
