Intouch Insight issues

Has anyone else encountered issues with Intouch Insight on iSecretShop recently? At the beginning of the month, I did 14 shops over the first two days - ten have been approved and four are still sitting there untouched.

Additionally, I noted that on the shops that require geocoded pictures, I get a comment on my approved shop that the photos were not geocoded, despite the fact that they were. The first time I noticed it, I sent an email to a scheduler (along with proof that my photo was geocoded) and got a reply back to use their new support system (clicking the 'scheduling help' button on the shop). Since the shop had been approved by that time, I did not see the point in going back to a closed shop. I am now consistently getting messages that my photos are not geocoded when, in fact, they are.

So, anyone else encountering these issues with them?

I received the same notice about my geocode not being registered. I think it's just an ISS thing, and they know about it. I have gotten to where I will leave a quick note stating that I did geocode if there is space for it.

I get the same geocode message. I know they are geocoded. They are getting approved, so I ignore the message. I did notice today that if I take a photo within the app, I don't get the message. The app was upgraded recently, and it apparently doesn't recognize geocoding when I attach a photo from the gallery (gallery = photos taken with my camera and stored on my Samsung S22).

Yes, a different msc advised that the photo must be taken within the report using the camera button rather than taken with your phone and uploaded from the gallery. Of course, that means when the app crashes and you lose everything, you have also lost your pay because you no longer have photos of your "as served" food (unless you took duplicate photos with your phone).

ISS is junk. It probably strips the data and reduces the quality when you upload to reduce file size.
