RBG communication issues

Scheduler E.R. has major attitude, communication, and professionalism issues. She contacts me urgently this morning because I had a scheduled shop to see if I could reschedule and take on another shop. I ask if there is a bonus, she says no. I quickly check my email and I literally see a $20 bonus offered. She is a liar. I confront her about it and ask for a bump up because of her poor treatment of me. I request additional bonus and a hero citation to perform the schedule change, the inconvenience, and the unprofessionalism. Before she confirms, she goes ahead and reschedules and assigns me the shops and then tells me she would not give me the hero citation. There is a bunch of radio silence and then she decides otherwise and takes it all away. This is unprofessional behavior, she wastes an hour of my time when I'm at work, and her communication is terrible due to her passive aggressive nature. I then email her after the fact and she decides not to respond at her leisure. I don't understand why people like this even have a job.

quick update: I get an email from N.A. and she defends E.R. without any evidence saying she explained everything which is actually the opposite of exactly what she didn't do and why I'm complaining. These people are unprofessional.
I always say to shop for this company and the schedulers at your own risk. You may have a good experience, but this kind of thing is not uncommon. About 10 years ago, I explained to them some of the dynamics of mystery shopping in a particular region where I was asking for a bonus. They told me that I was lying. When I showed them irrefutable evidence that everything I was saying was true, they did not apologize. They just said they didn't want to work with me anymore. Bait and switch tactics are not uncommon. What's crazy is they contacted you to do them a favor. Then when you point out the fact that they are being shady and unprofessional, they don't admit it and simply say they don't want to work with you. It appears that is their MO. These are people that clearly lack ethics and our way down on the personal character scale.
Thunder posted one approach; I will add mine.

In the fall of 2021, the Nikster, i have always felt it was a misunderstanding, terminated my account with RBG AKA GFC. This spring, though, I received an E-letter from an RBG scheduler concerning completing a few shops. Below is a pasting of my reply:

Jen,

Nikki Adkins terminated my contract with RBG approx. 4 1/2 yrs. ago and I do not have any interest in a reinstatement.

To slightly paraphrase that Roy Hogsed song from 1951, "I Got Along With Out Them Before I Signed Up, I've Been Getting Along Without Them Since."
something very similar happened to me as well similar to your experience. I got shadowbanned from applying for a jobs on RBG for a year solely based on the scheduler saying I was rude or mean. They unbanned me because they were desperate to finish shops and all mine were solid 10's. Goes to show they people are completely unprofessional.

They will cancel your account if you are very ill and can't complete a shop.
...Cancel your ACCOUNT...not the job. In other words, block you forever. Or at least give you a hand-slapping citation. You should never ever be sick to the point you can't perform their jobs.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
I'm not going to search for the links, but both of those schedulers have stolen money from me and lied about me. I remain "active" in their system, but I can't apply for jobs, nor can I self-assign jobs. N.A. did this to me with several companies, I am still in good standing with all "10" shop grades, but I can't self assign or apply for any jobs, their systems tell me that the job isn't available when I try.
Agreed, not sure how they hold down the job

Sorry for all the unnecessary drama you l’ve all had to deal with, but thanks for the head’s-up.
I haven’t done anything yet, but will close my profile steer clear of them.
I’m allergic to drama.

I had a similarly strange thing happen to me recently with RBG. They emailed and asked for help getting some jobs done..I applied on 5/14 for about eight of them (pizza shops...not my thing...but I was going to be on the road on 5/18). Other shops that I wanted to apply for, from 5/14 to 5/18) would not allow me to self-assign, or I received notice that I was not allowed to apply for a particular shop. The shopsn that did allow my application were in "My Apps" but never assigned. Then, yesterday, 5/18, the shops were all removed from my apps. And today, ...voila! anything I attempt to self-assign is just peachy! I wonder what is going on there?
