I never use it, I had heard/read of other shoppers make some negative comments. Yes, that was quite some time ago and I have no idea if it's improved, but I just use my browser on my phone and enter most of the information, then submit it on my desktop when I get home (if it's a shop that I don't feel comfortable submitting on my phone for any reason).

Thunder, it's just a mobile app, it's not different than Marketforce.
I used to do a lot for that side of MF. I haven't seen a job in over a year now. It's been completely dead.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
yesterday got sms from MFI about shop at the pharmacy. Checked the app and web and discovered ) shops in radius of 100 miles from my home.

It is interesting: they never reply to my questions. I never get confirmations from them about shops they assigned to me.

Shopping Eastern Pennsylvania since 2009
MF. I did 31 shops for them in a 12 month period a long time ago. Out of those 31, 2 were kicked back as having errors, but there was no error. (The 2nd kick back was shop 18 or 19). The editor was misreading their own guidelines. I was given a warning that repeated mistakes would lead to account deactivation. After emailing with screen shots and showing them I made no mistake, they approved and paid those 2 shops and replied, "you performed the shops correctly. Please try to avoid mistakes in the future". ...what??

On the 32nd shop I made an actual error (chose pm instead of am for shop time)and they deactivated my account. I wasn't paid and I wasn't reimbursed. When I asked why, they said it was due to repeated mistakes. just...LOL'd. Never again.

EDIT: If this had happened to me as an 'adult' and not a college student, I would have sent them a demand letter stating if they didn't pay I would sue them in small claims court. Not for the $, but just to prove a point. Small claims court is your friend, trust me.
