A Closer Look - any employees at this MSC?

I was in the middle of submitting a report, stepped away and came back and it looks like somehow it was submitted before I was done.
I went to chat (because I found no other way to contact).
The bot said it was transferring me to a live agent.
I waited over a half hour and no one came to assist.
I cannot find any contacts at this MSC.
Does anyone have a contact or know of a way to contact them? Thanks

They will text you back if you try to chat after hours and you can use one of those numbers to try and text chat. But they are shared lines and don’t always get answered quickly. I’m not sure it will help to give it to you here.

I have been told they’d be right with me and waited for hours. Same with the texting. Then they gave me wrong info (like opposite of explicitly stated item from guidelines) and when I corrected and restated my actual question, I had to start the queue all over again. They went downhill so badly after we list the state representatives who actually answered their phones.

Btw, I was once in queue for about 2 hrs. Got frustrated and clicked chat on another device and got a response in minutes. while other was still in queue!

100% outsourced to Asia. All the names are “ethnic”. That happened over last few months. And they have been more nitpicky than before.

I recently did a shop where I had to buy beverages and dessert as well as other food. The drinks are all cans or bottles, not fountain beverages so no real reason to buy them to check whether they filled correctly, put on lids properly, etc. and desserts are pre-packaged ones from other sellers. They got on me that I didn’t open a pre-packaged, other brand brownie (I can buy this brand at the grocery store) and take a pic outside the package. 5 mos ago, same shop with it inside the package was fine. I also didn’t open it because I had to take so many other pics I actually wanted to get to eat the dang food! I didn’t plan on eating the brownie til much later and opening it just didn’t seem necessary. I had opened and photographed every item that was made on premises. SMH…
Beyond the specific editor (name) emails, I have received emails from editing1@a-closer-look.com...although I don't know how often they monitor incoming emails to that address.
However, scheduling@a-closer-look.com seems to be monitored regularly, as I receive responses to questions/requests from that address fairly quickly.
Took nearly a week, finally got a response.

I may be late to waking up to this, since my shopping scheduling can be on and off
but more often I am seeing communication with MSCs that reminds me
of Amazon customer service: i.e. hard to reach, hard to communicate

It's hit or miss their chat service. I believe they're all overseas in Philippines when you do get pass the AI. Otherwise, the help is quite good.
