Emails from most MSCs used to almost always be in the name of the company or sometimes e.g. “Barbara.j@companyname,”
Now I’m getting a lot sent from just the scheduler’s name. It’s easy to scroll past them or have them end up in Spam. Especially if the scheduler is someone whose name I haven’t seen before.
Why do they do this?
