Bild on iSS

Had 4 shops declined for no reason given to me yet I did them the SAME way as last fall. Was $25/shop now $20/shop and very cheap cancellations.

I did 8- only 2 approved, 4 cx no reason or opportunity for correction, other 2 (1 cx like the 4, 1 asked for more which I provided and STILL declined). I emailed said editor/scheduler and received no reply. Rude really.

This is extremely rare for me as I double check and rarely get editors having to return my work. I’m obviously not perfect; however, I generally get 9/10 on sassie reports and 99/100 on my Coyle.

I did all the same as last Fall but new lady/editor.

I stopped doing jobs for them last year due to fees so low they didn’t even cover my overhead. Seems to be the consistent standard on ISS.

Many here say you’re best off going directly to the MSC website for better clarity and options for work and communication.

If I had that many declines after following the guidelines and responding to outreach requests, I’d be reaching out to the scheduler, project manager, and anyone else up the food chain you have access to.

Corporate Admin (usually a contact option on the website) should be able to refer you to the project manager if you can’t find that out yourself. There are a few current threads about overzealous editors on this forum that might be helpful to peruse.

I believe that if they’re members of the MSPA, they have to follow the stated code of ethics regarding communication and reasons for decline/non-payment.

I’ve terminated my relationship with 3 MSC’s in 2026 due to mismanagement like this: it simply wasn’t worth the hassle for a job I barely broke even on, especially with escalating gas prices.

The MSPA is responsible for maintaining member compliance with their ethical standards. If we do all the things and are still getting nowhere, reaching out to notify the MSPA is another possibility.

Wishing you a just outcome…
Have you tried emailing this email: SHOPPER@BILDANDCO.COM

It is the contact email from their contract.

Good luck! I hope you find out what's happening.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
I haven't worked with them but that would be a good reason to not start.
