Sentry Marketing payment

What’s the deal with this company? How do I get paid? I am waiting on February and March payments. I emailed and was told payment was submitted yet it’s now been 10 days and nothing. Anyone know a trick?

I find their SePA payment system a royal pain. It's completely separate from the job records and logging in is a hassle (two factor with SLOW send). It also takes two months to get paid, normally.

You should be able to see what was approved in Gigspot (assuming you used that). But, you have to log into SePA to see where the payment is in process. If you haven't yet, you must log into SePA and enter your direct deposit information before payments can happen at all. Your approved funds will sit there waiting until you do. They eventually take the funds back if you haven't managed to complete your setup.

For example, I have a May shop that was approved mid month. It isn't in SePA yet at all. That's normal for them. In June, it will show in SePA as pending and it will be paid early July. They have always paid but it is an absurd process and painfully slow.

I followed this entire process. My funds are sitting in Sepa saying “ready” and nothing has occurred for shops completed in February.

Is there a contact there you can reach out to? Sometimes exploring the main website can offer insight, and don’t be shy about reaching higher in the food chain. Reputations matter a lot in marketing.

I hope you get this resolved. No one should have to wait months or chase down funds they rightfully earned.
