I found the old threads.
They reached out to me for an assignment I knew I could do well, and I did.
Sounds like the same communication, infrastructure, and internal dynamics issues shared here over the better part of a decade.
I should have researched here and Trustpilot first.
Update: squeaky wheels…

I reached out in every way possible finally received viable replies.

My assignment was incorrectly removed while I was on site doing it, as I received emails requesting I complete it asap, and received error messages trying to access the job online and in thier app. I was up until 4 AM trying to sort this out, along with similar Ipsos issues and had no more patience for any of it, yet remained civil in my outreaches.

I actually received phone calls and emails from GBW later this morning with offers to help.

I was able to get the assignment(s) reinstated and completed with support and apologies.

The gap/GBW/sonata system works well when AI and the other automated communications weren’t deleting jobs incorrectly and contradicting each other, and the report was clear and easy to do with far faster image uploads than Ipsos.

The errors were on them, and the point was made very clearly about what went awry.

I always advise the CYA method, and will continue to do the same. Get things in writing, keep a written timeline, and save emails and screen shots needed to prove your efforts.

I got results with clear, professional communication.

They’re not offering much in the US right now, and the fees are peanuts. The assignment I did was not.

I hope this is helpful.
