“Scheduler of the Year” Contest – 9/1 - 9/14 ***NOMINATIONS CLOSED***

(We're supposed to do each person we nominate in a separate post, right? I think so... )

I was going to nominate Shelley Martin way before the broo-haha that erupted earlier. She is quick to respond to my inquiries and shop requests. She's helped me when I needed a particular shop to round out a route. She's rescheduled a shop for me to a different date that was in the original date range when I've had something come up, a couple of times. When I told her I needed everything I could get, for a while, to help cover vet bills for my dogs; she helped get me set up with what she could. A couple of times, I've had a shop that finished a few minutes past the stated "finish-by" time; and she said she'd see that it was OK.

John Rodriguez with BARE International.

A couple of times, I've arrived at that one shop with the famously strict cut-off time, just a little late, due to unexpected circumstances like giant traffic jams. He always re-schedules for me and doesn't act annoyed. smiling smiley

One time, when I realized that not all of my requested shops for an out-of-town route had been assigned, and it was the morning of said route; I emailed him frantically, and he called me on the phone within FIVE minutes! He explained why he hadn't been able to assign the particular shops (the scenario had changed) but we got things figured out and he got me set up.

Another time, it was a combination of things... I had been on an out-of-town route, and had hit the last shop just a little too late due to some unexpected traffic and parking issues I had run into. SO... he re-scheduled it for me. However, since it was out-of-town, it was kind of a PITA to go back that far for just one shop. I checked the board and requested some other shops in the area to make the return trip more worth it. I mean, I would have gone back for just that one since I had agreed to and missed it the first time; but you know... the extra shops would make it more worth-while. He got me the additional shops for the return trip!

Nikki (not sure of her last name) with JMRidgway.

She's very quick to respond to my emails and gets me set up right away. She's been good about helping to get me bonuses for harder-to-fill, out-of-town locations. A couple of times, she's even changed the timeframe on a shop for me so it would work with my itinerary better.

There's a couple of others, with whom I've only had single interactions, and I can't remember their names! Because even though they were just single interactions, they way they handled annoying situations ~ like taking my side when a client disputed a report, or when a location wasn't open when they were supposed to be ~ was stellar. I will see if I can find any email records to recall their names.

I'm really new in this mystery shopping thing but I had the pleasure to know how she works. I was going through my shops checking which ones have been paid and realized that RGB have not. I emailed them, She was the one replying, called me, figure out the situation. Next day my payment was in and she emailed me to confirm that I got it. Happy!!

This was about Shirley McLemore from RGB
Michaela Sharp from Pinnacle. She's been great for me so far. Rescheduling, cancelling, accomodating. :-)
Robert with Ellis
He has always done a great job. He has always worked with me getting multiple jobs scheduled. He is just an all around wonderful guy!!
Shelly Martin - KSS International

She is a good scheduler that responds when you have questions or concerns and actually reads her emails.!!!
**Jackie Jacoby, KSS International**

She is so patient and flexible. I love to work with a scheduler that is understanding when life is going a mystery shopper's way!
Shelly Martin with KSS is one of the Best schedulers there is. She not only helps you when you are in multiple areas with shopping assignments, she takes the time to email you with requests to let you know there is still availability. She is kind and caring with me as a shopper. I appreciate all she does for me on each and every shop I conduct for her and KSS.
Amy stiffler with gfk! She's quick to respond and works with shoppers and it's always reassuring to see her name when I schedule something. I know it will be a respectable and fun job to complete.
I would like to nominate Erik Martin with KSS. He is kind caring and above all, a hard worker. He has difficult areas to find shoppers and he does his best to make his fulfillments every month. I am happy to be a shopper for Erik and HAPPY to help. Keep up the great work! I enjoy working with you as well as for you.
Joyce Shea with the Brandt Company.
She is so caring for me as a shopper. She is willing to work with my odd travel requirements and is very flexible with times and dates of completion. I appreciate every level of communication she offers and enjoy being a shopper for her and her company.
Rmyers with RBG is awesome to work with. In Texas and when I travel, you rock!
Thanks for your help !
I would like to nominate Jen Mulder, Project Manager/Scheduler who did an excellent job of hand-holding and ensuring I had a good understanding of what the company was looking for! I can sing her praises all day long about how she helped me qualify to do audits!
Shirley McLemore is my chick! She taught me how to get it right for her.
Because she taught me how to get it done, I'm getting offers from schedulers that find Shirley the chick.

Live your life in such a way that when your feet hit the floor in the morning; the devil shudders...And yells OH #%*+! SHE'S AWAKE!
I would like to nominate Carol @ Jancyn, when ever I need a question answered or if I need to reschedule my shop, I receive an email right away. I always feel that she has a positive attitude and enjoys what she does. I have been shopping for Jancyn for years and love doing their shops. Oh and I also like to hear from her too because she has the same name as me. LOL!! Thank you Carol for your compassion and efficiency.
I also nominate Felicia from Marketforce, I have been a shopper for a long time with them. When Felicia calls she is friendly and is funny, offers bonus shops many times. Marketforce is a great company to work with, they pay on time every month and you know they will never not pay you. I love doing the (ff) shops. Thank you Marketforce!!

Mod note: Please don't connect a MSC with its clients. This is against Forum rules and probably against your ICA.
I would like to nominate Robyn Myers from RBG. I have done a few shops for her but every time she has been really nice and fast at scheduling shops and responding to questions.
I'm nominating Jessica Brumit from Mystery Researchers. She's always great about helping me to reschedule when I'm in a pinch. She always gets back to me quickly when I email her and if I need to call her, I have her number and her permission to call, although I usually don't need to because she's quick on answering emails. Jessica is a great scheduler and is just an all around sweetheart!
I am nominating Shelly Martin with KSS. I started mystery shopping in March of 2013, and Shelly assigned me my 3rd shop. I appreciate the patience that she had with me in the beginning when I was a newbie learning and making mistakes. I have worked with Shelly ever since, and still do that same client every once in a while. Thank you Shelly, for being awesome!
Tara Wright with Bare International is the best! I work with her monthly on a recurring project, and she has been great. She is very understanding and patient and always works with me with last minute schedule changes and extensions. A few times I have had trouble getting my report turned in by the deadline, and Tara has worked with me through all of the issues and made everything OK.
Thanks Tara for doing a great job and making my job easier!
I vote for Ellen Barkhouse of ath Power. She always responds to my emails within a reasonable amount of time and sometimes immediately.
Tami Fedrigo from Coyle Hospitality - very kind and polite. She is so positive and encouraging.
Likewise, Kimberly Hofbauer of Coyle Hospitality is fantastic to work with. She is professional and responsive.
I am not sure if I have nominated Michaela Kudosova of Strategic Evaluations. Actually she was my very first
scheduler in my rookie years. She has not changed. Anyone who had the opportunity to work with her had been lucky to experience professionalism and class. She responds promptly and has a very good understanding of mystery shopping and mystery shoppers.
