One of my shoppers told me I should get involved on here. I am looking forward to getting to know this community.
My name is Jonathan Przybyl, and I am the owner of mystery shopping company and software platform for the industry. We are exclusively a Video Mystery Shopping company. We are not really new to the scene. Actually we started with our first client back in 2010. Our wheel house is serving clients in the space for Convenience Stores, Grocery, Furniture etc.
With that said, our model is very different. I haven't ever sought out mystery shopping communities mainly because we primarily work in routes, and use as few shoppers as is required to maximize quality while sustaining anonymity. We are however dabbling in the type of shops that require a larger pool of shoppers, and so now is a good time to get to know you all because we have created SaaS for the Mystery Shopping Space. Our software is called Talon. We are queued to launch in 2016 for other MSPs to use the video mystery shopping reporting platform.
