Telephone Shops

I have been a mystery shopper off and on for about 15 years, and in retail/food service/customer service for about 27. I recently lost my job due to the tragic death of our vehicle. My husband is on disability, so I have to work, at the very least, part time in order to make ends meet. I have never done telephone mystery shops before and was wondering if anyone here could point me in the right direction as to what companies to apply with. I have also heard of online mystery shops but have never seen any postings related to that topic either. Any help would be appreciated, and a HUGE THANK YOU in advance to anyone who can answer.

Welcome to the forum!

There are telephone and on-line shops to be had. Unfortunately there are no companies that specialize in them. If you sign up for the larger companies you will find some. To do so look at the 15 most talked about companies on the forum from the "Official List . . . . " at the bottom of every forum page. There are also several threads that ask the same question and have some companies listed. You can find them on the forum.

I have done some telephone shos for BestMark, Bare, Comsumer Connection, Shoppers Confidential, and Servicemetrics. I know there are a couple of more. But they are only available from time to time.

Reality Based Group, Intellishop, Pro Source Evaluation Services, Service Excellence Group, Shoppers View, and Summit Scheduling have all emailed me with phone shops in the past year. Also Person to Person has them but most of theirs are for retirement age.

Mary Davis Nowell. Based close to Fort Worth. Shopping Interstate 20 east and west, Interstate 35 north and south.

Maritz used to have telephone bank shops. I did a slew of them in the winter.
