so bestmark invited me to start performing merchandising audits. it doesn't mention anything about potential pay...how much do these audits typically pay? are they easy or difficult? do you enjoy them?

i'm not sure...the invitation just says for merchandising audits in general and doesn't list any specific clients.
Snuffycuts, the way I understood it, they have not started offering the audits or merchandising yet. They just made sign up available.
We will see when the audits will start. They were suposed to start in April and now it has been moved to May but it may be later, both because the company just announced they will be closing many stores and because the CEO suddenly resigned in the midst of the scandal of having an affair with a subordinate and using company resources. Gee , was that why my payment was late? He had to buy Cristal champagne for the
girlfriend?

Is Bestmark the one that was listed with a $54 million profit in some article ?
ha, no wonder marketforce wouldn't give me an extra $5 bonus for a shop the other day.
I have had no trouble with BESTMARK. I have received my check for the jobs I have done in a very short time. I have not done any audits yet.
The bestmark audits are still in the works. They are taking over from another shopping company that used to pay $150 for them. Not to say that is what Bestmark is going to pay, but I have seen other shops that border these two companies, and the priced always seem the same.
The old company paid $130 across the board for the first couple of years. Then they adjusted everything based on how long it took auditors to complete the jobs. Basically saying, thanks for being so efficient and as a reward we are going to drop the pay.

No, it paid bonuses up to $500 in the winter months, and many locations were $150+ from the start, before they adjusted based on size.
Where were locations paying $150 from the start? I'm aware they paid large bonuses to get them completed. My quote of $130 was their normal, base rate. During the initial recruitment the price was posted as $150. When the program actually started they dropped the base rate claiming some components had been removed.

In New England states and NY they had to bonus many locations from the start of the program because $130 did not fly. They also accepted the whole audit to be done in 1 day.
