"Checks are processed after Direct Deposits and are scheduled to be mailed no later than Wednesday, December 19th. For checks, the date shown on your Payment History will be the date the check was printed. Please allow 7 or more business days for internal processing (printing, inserting into envelopes, adding postage, etc.) and mail time. "
They always report the dates of their payments in the "Important Message" gray box at the top of their screen, If you miss it, click on the "read more" and you can see all the messages.
