Looking for Merchandising Companies

I have worked with Castforce for about a month. I loved it! However due to lack of communication from my contractor admin I was placed on probationary status and can no longer accept work. My admin did not answer my four emails or two voice mails within a week so I contacted the district operations manager who told me it was up to my admin if I was still a contractor for them. I guess she didn't like the fact I went above her to get a problem resolved.

I want to find another Merchandising job but I am having a hard time locating one that is legit. I have read a lot of comments through out this forum and I have companies listed but I need a little more feed back please.

I liked Castforce because I could pick my jobs, go when I wanted to complete the work, and then turn in a report with pictures. From what I have read from others they call you with jobs, you can't pick them from a list. Also I have read they have set schedules, I need something I have 3-4 days to complete on my own time so I can arrange for a sitter for my boys.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Sorry to hear about your problems with Castforce. Let me begin by saying that I have been an IC with them for over 3 years and consistently have enough work each month that I work 40 to 50 hours weekly and earn between $1500 and $1900 monthly. With that being said, I know about the Customer Support Hotline number listed at the bottom left hand corner of every invoice to call in case of any problems regarding in store assignments. I hardly ever have to call my admin but am now at the point where he calls me to give me advance notice of upcoming projects. In fact, I get projects given to me before they appear on the website. I can think of no reason to ever call someone in a higher position. Doing so would almost guarantee that my work with Castforce would cease. I do not know the circumstances as to why you would need to call upper management but perhaps calling your admin with an apology might enable you to "start over" with Castforce.
Not all admins are helpful. Mine ignores any emails I send. It sounds like you have a good one, iwahstore. That's great. I went for years not needing to contact anybody. But, when I ran into an issue, I was unable to get a response from my admin. I was condescended to by support. The pay isn't enough for that kind of BS for me.
