These Merchandising assignments are generally quick & easy. You show up to an apartment building, condo/town home, or senior complex to replenish marketing materials. Depending on the order for a particular property, you may be assigned to a:
• Merchandising visit: $15 to drop off and/or display marketing materials in a leasing office, mailroom, laundry room and/or other common areas.
• Door hang visit: $20 (plus a potential $0.17 labor fee on units exceeding 120) where you attempt to hang marketing materials on the doors of apartments, condos, etc.
• Combo visit: $25 where you perform a combination visit (merchandising and door hanging).
