OMG, like all the time! I turn around and there is another check!! Two checks arrived today and one last week.

But, in the beginning, I had to bug them for a check. Plus, I always needed to double check to make sure the payment was correct according to my hours worked.
Now that each store is only allotted 60 minutes, it's quite easy to calculate 3 stores x hourly pay = XXX.XX.

Also, now, or so it seems, the checks are on an automated schedule and as each store is completed, ZENPUT sends me an affirmative text message. Then I'll be damned if I'm not receiving a check just days after completing a store!

So, short answer, every other week (I think). Long answer? Just look above! HA!

I did 12 jobs the week of Sept. 10 and I am still waiting to be paid.

I think you should not wait any longer. ...
With that said, however, if you are a new Merchandiser working with them, then you should wait a bit longer. Here's why:
The 1st payout takes a while, (1 to 1/2 Months) and the 2nd payment can take a minute or two (3 to 5 weeks).
But once you're in their system, you'll be paid every-other week.

I kept contacting them by email and telephone, all I kept getting was the runaround. the left hand apparently doesn't know what the right hand is doing.. I finally got an answer on Oct 24 from Scott. He said that they had not even put in my W9 yet, and that it would be done on Oct 25. and they would get a check out to me on Oct 26. Well as of today I am still waiting. I have been doing merchandising for 27 years and have never had a problem getting paid. In fact I have never went to work with a company until after they had processed all the hiring paperwork.

Wow! Yeah, my first thought, they should not have had you start until the W9 was in, and you've already finished 12 projects?

It's a new, start up company and they know not all that comes with, but ANY company - new or not - knows to complete paperwork before allowing an employee to begin work.

I have a phone number for a gal that has been slowly revamping Focus (because the people in the front office are so slow!). I will text her and ask her a couple of things for you. Like if i can give you her phone number and if no, would she come to the forum and answer your questions. May have to PM her info to you, if you don't mind. Lemmeno.

I have been dealing with Scott, he is suppose to be the president. Got a email today from him, saying my check is suppose to go out in a couple of days. We'll see if I get it in a few days. The company is not new they have been around since about 2010. I found out they used to be National music rack merchandising. If I had known that before I would not have went to work for them, as I knew a couple of merchandisers that worked for NMR and had nothing but problems with them.
