Anyone else had TY disappear?

I was on a route and most of my TYs disappeared. I received an email that stated a lot of my jobs have been removed from the MSC by their client.

All of my locations are still there. The second half of the month is always lighter due to the fact most of mine are now monthly.
I also received an email stating these jobs will no longer be serviced. So, it's not the second half of the month issue.

They have done this to me before with a certain chain but they never told me, was a surprise when i got there and it wasnt in the app. Also, some locations that don't have displays will get removed after a few visits.
I did these assignments previously and this would happen regularly after I had my route plan for the duration. Locations would be removed per the client one week and reappear at the end of the month at a higher rate. I abandoned this project because of the client inconsistency with locations.
I have had some drop off but always got notice. They are closing CVS stores in my area.
I sure hope this is not what they are doing because that would make me lose all interest in doing TY. That would be frustrating. I understand why you stopped doing them.

I am now left with side jobs I scheduled to do as I was doing TY and trying to figure out how I can do these without losing too much money. I lost a lot of TY jobs all at once. And of course no one has replied to me as to why they were pulled.

I read an article of all the CVS's they are closing. That's sad.

In my case, some of the convenience stores no longer want TY products. I have lost several locations because it appears TY stopped contacting stores directly to place orders. Store managers claim they are too busy to make a telephone call themselves. One manager who really wants TY products told me he called the telephone number on the digital business card I gave him, He said the automated system transferred him to three different voice mail boxes and no one answered the phone or called him back. A cashier told me on my last visit the manager is really pissed and no l;onger wants the products. My next visit is this week, and it might be my last for this store too.

I stopped working that project because of the inconsistency. I'm not going to accept the hard to do in the middle of nowhere and get onsite and the job not be there.

I just started making the 2nd bi weekly visits and the store managers are pissed cause of the same thing. They still can't reach anyone on that TY card that had us pass along and the stores no longer wants to deal with TY. I haven't had any shops canceled yet but there will definitely be less visits next month.
Guess I spoke too soon. Some of mines just got cancelled the day before I was going to go. Didn't even get an email about those. Had to log into my account to see it. Idk how this company is still running
I felt bad servicing locations, because there was constant reports of not being responded to. I encountered that through my work. One store refused to put out one line of product, because it would not ring up. I kept sending messages, in my report, every month. Around the 4th month, the store said they wanted to send their product back. I did not blame them. Only then did TY respond and fix the problem.

I had one store which wanted a display. They were upset they had never had a rep come to their store. After two months of me requesting contact, so the store could get a display and sell more product, the store gave up. They said I could not service them. They wanted a display and until they got one, I was not allowed to do anything. I sent that message every month I tried to do the merchandising. I sent that message five times. I quit before they ever got a display! They were on the verge of not wanting anything to do with TY.

I have a lot of these stories. I am not sure if it was the MSC taking the comments out of the report, or the company feeling they were so big, they did not have to help their stores. Maybe TY did not hire the best folks to cater to the stores. If they hired the MSC, it seems they cared about servicing the stores. It makes no sense for them to then ignore store requests.

Whatever the problem was, they did not fix it.
I have been told they are moving to monthly visits. But I also see gaps on the job board map for August. Mostly big stores are absent. Noy sure what is going on, if accounts ate broken up into waves of visits each month. Not sure if some merchandisers got preferential offers. Not sure if part of big problem was system failures converting stops to monthly now and data merge was bad.
