what does your excel spreadsheet look like for shops? what do you title each of your columns?

i have a seprate spreadsheet for each msc, a spreadsheet for the route on the give day, a spreadsheet that keeps a running total for the month for all msc's, and one that keeps track of the whole year.

I have them all linked so when I enter info on one sheet it automatically fills it out on the others. So I just enter the info on the route sheet usually for the day, and it will fill in the info onto the others.

Makes tracking very easy when I need to find something.

I just ordered the spread sheet from mysteryshoppingbible.com.
I'm terrible with records and have monthly envelopes with income/expenses on the outside with receipts on the inside for my ebay stuff.

@vince, I use excel, took some time to program it the way I wanted, but worth it as it saves me hours and hours.
