more grocery shops with MFI!~

The grocery shops I do pay $14. Is that good? I think it's okay, but it doesn't pay for many groceries here in New York. I buy 1/4 pound of cheese or meat, paper towel, toilet paper or a big bag of dog food for my bottom of basket item, and maybe a milk--that's about it.

I try and do three a month (Whole Foods) and do another grocery store (Sprouts) and it works, out well. I buy my fresh coffee and pick up a few things, always adding another few $$, trick is to do more than one. Reports are duable and pay is quick for Whole Foods. ICCDS never had grocery stores here, and got tired of their P/R for 12.00, so haven't worked for them in awhile.

I wish they had those in my neck of the woods!!!! 
I like doing them too because I'm basically making money doing something that I have to do anyway. My only problem is continuing to find under the basket items and having to ask for help with something from the pharmacist, and the return policy at customer service. There are only so many people working in these areas I wonder what they think. I like Caliber's shops, no MFI shops around here, but didn't like them for MSI Trendsource... they wanted exact customer and register counts not once, but twice (entry and exit) along with how many baggers were there. That's a lot to count at one time.
Sign with ICCDS A great big box grocery store but only in certain areas.

Yes it is regional, but they have a lot of national retail also and a great co.
I do the ICCDS grocery shops and what has been interesting to me is that they still pay the same as they did 15 years ago when I did the same shops for Sinclair. I would think they would give us a "little" raise! What I don't like is the several interactions you must do for the $10 pay/$2 reimb.

Caliber provides me with Stop n Shop and Pathmark grocery shops. I did four this past week and will be paid $14 for each. It keeps me well-supplied with toilet paper, paper towels and bagged dog food.

I tell the pharmacist I'm taking a medication that's giving me constipation and ask whether it's better to eat prunes or use an over-the-counter medication like Dulcolax.

I used to do grocery shops for Iccds but not in a long time. Oh well. The ones I am doing pay $9 with $5 reimbursement. I like doing these as they are new. The fast food shops are so old to me... I do take them like I used to. This chain charges way too much for groceries and I will do these shops honestly so they will know the service they really give. I thinkgrocery shops are my favorite type of shop to do. I love free food, garbage bags, toilet paper etc.
Caliber just pays a flat $14, and that includes the groceries. I'm doing one today for Fairway, a high-end grocery store, for Secret Shopper. They're paying a flat $15, but I'm sure I'll spend more for the meat and deli I'm required to purchase there. I guess some folks might say that's a rip-off, but I'm fine with it. The food is excellent quality.

robinv, to edit your post, click on the blue "edit post" link at the bottom right of your post. You will be able to remove the client name info from your post and re-post it.
Fortunately the two stores Caliber has in my area are ones at which I normally shop and are 1-2 miles from my house. I make a list of things on sale at each store every week anyway based on their sales flyers; most weeks I'm there at least once a week anyway plus a trip or two to BJ's. I'm fine with no reimbursement. I don't usually buy meat from the deli so I just look for something on sale there too and get 1/4 lb., sometimes 1/2 lb. The way I look at it, I'm getting $14 to do my regular shopping and it doesn't take a lot of time to do the observations or the report, especially once you're familiar with what to do.
Giving more information than they deserve, no?

LOL! Maybe TMI, but the pharmacist is kind of like a doctor, and I don't feel embarrassed asking questions like that. They never mind answering them, believe me.
