They grade very hard. I wouldn't worry about it. A 9 is good.
They do no give 10s. I suggest not to worry other wise you will be spending unproductive time.. I guess they have their onm theory.
Yes, I have but it is rare. I don't currently work for them because I just don't feel like doing revealed shops anymore, at least not for what they pay. However, when I used to work for them, they changed a "10" to a "9" several times, without any explanation. I did not even bother to ask them why.
I have gotten a 10 a few times, but mostly 8 or 9. It seemed like the shorter, more direct narratives received the 10's.

I will try the shorter more direct route next time. Although, I'm not sure how much more direct I can get. What drives me nuts about this report is that there are about four sections. Each section has some yes or no questions. After each no question you have to comment. Then at the bottom there is another box that says to describe what happened during this section and explain any no answers. Well, I just explained them so now I have to explain them again? It's a 34$ shop so I just suck it up and keep ding it.

I get about half 9 and half 10, but I only do their oil change shops. They definately have a tight grading system and it took a while to get that first 10! A 9 with them is excellent.

Confero states clearly on their website that they resreve 10's for more complex assignments. Therefore, it is rare to get a 10.
I used to get 10s with them routinely for bank shops, once I knew EXACTLY how they wanted the shop reported. They are very particular, but not unreasonable. A 9 is an excellent grade with them. I don't do much for them anymore since they lost the bank client and I haven't seen a whole lot more that interests me.

I did several qs shops for them and got tens. They had a quick reveal project where they did not assign 10s as scores because the shop itself was quick and too easy, and the report was just a few yes and no questions, with a 200-300 character writeup.
I have performed two oil change shops for them within the past year. Wow, I am behind on my oil changes, aren't I? I received a "9" on both shops with almost exact comments...
