Teri, I reported a job yesterday and the site was slow and cranky. I haven't been on it today, but yesterday it was definitely not up to par.

Thanks, cannot get on it at all and this is the first time this has happened to me. What happens if we cannot get our reports in?
If you can at least log in send a message through the link. If not send an e-mail to HelpDesk@marketforce.com. Let them know your issues and if there is an error message copy and paste it into the message. Unless you want to stay up all night trying to submit, assure them you will try again first thing in the morning.

For those of you who can't get in, have you tried using another browser or clearing the cookies stored on your regular browser?

If you had a job 11:15 to 1:45 you got a late start and didn't arrive tell 1:32 completed the shop a few minutes after 1:45 do they accept that I can't remember
Are you talking about the shop that requires two purchases, inside and outside, that shows a lunchtime period of 11:45-1:15 or the one that requires only one purchase?
If it is the one with two purchases, and the drive-thru is done first, 5 minutes later the counter can be done. As long as both entrees are ordered between 11:45 and 1:15, you are OK. The time you spend sitting in the dining area after ordering can go over the time frame.
I'm not sure what shop you mean with a lunch time frame of 11:15-1:45.

If this is the shop with the drive through and walk in portions, are you sure about the times? Around here the minutes are reversed on your shop so the shopping in new window ends at 1:15.
Otherwise, I think just all the purchases need to be done within the window, so your receipt would need to be stamped at that time.

I've had consistent problems with the MF site becoming unresponsive mid-report. Now I save every page as I go through just so I don't have to write the same thing over and over.
No fee, no shop.
