Still cannot submit a report for CORI that was due yesterday!

I'm very frustrated, I did a shop yesterday for CORI and still cannot submit the report. I have entered it five times, on three different computers, each of them with a different version of IE. It has to be on there end. A few weeks ago I noticed that I was no longer getting the java script errors when I used my laptop, which has IE 10. I was thrilled that I would no longer have to worry about using the compatibility button/or copy/paste all my narrative. Now I can enter everything just fine. When I hit submit, however, it gives me this big long scrolling error message.

I emailed the contact names given to me for this job and included a screen shot of the message I am getting when I hit submit, but have not heard back. I just hate having this hanging over my head all weekend. I hate that there is never any one to call when you have one of these issues. I just wanted to vent and if any one has any suggestions for me, it would be greatly appreciated!

I'm doing 2 jobs this morning and will let you know if I'm having a problem uploading my pics/report. Hang in there. smiling smiley
Here's my one tip on this... I have had that happen a few times and though "OH NO this is going to start happening to me like everyone on the boards..." and then I have opened CORI up on another tab or in another browser and signed in as myself again and gone to shop history and found that it is there so it did go through but I just did not get that message screen. Now I try that first before having fits and have found the shop has gone through in reality.

I spent many hours Friday evening trying to enter a report for the bedding store. I gave up and called on Saturday morning. They told me they are aware of the problem and have extended the due date to Monday. The girl I spoke to told me their IT dept. was working on a fix. I was glad to hear it wasn't on my end, but frustrated that I spent so much time on the report. It had a lot of narrative and even though I managed to save the narrative in Word, it was a PITA to go through the whole thing only to lose it so many times.

The report seems to have some problems that won't allow it to go through. Don't sweat it. They know about it.

Sadly, I still have to do the report again. I like to get 'em done and move on. Oh well. I wonder if it was only for the one client. I haven't had any other reports due to them this weekend.

I truly think their IT department is a bunch of goofs entering code and seeing which letter/number combo can make a shopper go batty the fastest.

They have been working on errors on many forms for months with no fix. I have been waiting for one route of shops to open since the 16th and they are still working on the form, and it is still not ready. It was the same in January. It might be time to pay the big bucks and get a real IT department to work on their problems.
What I don't get is why doesn't customer service or the IT department post a message on their home page explaining what the problem is or that they are aware of the problem and they are working on it. I think they like tormenting shoppers on the weekends.

Ms. Judi- mine is for the bedding store too, so maybe it is that client form that has the glitch...it makes me feel better that they are aware of the problem and are trying to fix it. It would be nice if they posted something on the home page, or sent out an automated email to everyone who has a shop for that client...I know that is just wishful thinking.

I have to work tomorrow from 8:15-5, and was really hoping to get this taken care of before I started the work week. Oh well, life goes on. Luckily I saved my narratives in Word, because I almost forgot! Something about a one-year-old screaming outside my door because he wanted in-lol! He distracted me and I almost hit submit without copying and pasting my responses, so it could be worse!

Thanks for the tips and support!
I'm another one having the exact same problem submitting my bedding store report. Aggravating beyond all get-out! I even used IE8. Next I will have to send an email, but I have to go take care of my doggies & pick my Dad up right now, and finally have dinner!

FYI to everyone using IE 10
IE 10 is not set up and accepted by most websites at this time. I had the same trouble and did extensive research. Go back to IE 9 and watch your problems go away.

Also, when you do this, turn off your automatic updating for IE. That is what got me and I lost a lot of hours trying to find out what the problem was.

I kept getting Java Script errors and finally gave up after 4 tries and sent them an e-mail describing the problems. Lo and behold, it wasn't my problem. The scheduler admitted they were having problems and extended the deadline. Got it to go through today in record time with a big sigh of relief. I hate having stuff like that hanging over me waiting for someone else to get their act together.
Me too! I finally got the damned thing submitted, just now.

Finally got mine submitted yesterday morning after an annoying email stating that I would lose the shop if I didn't submit by noon. I'm sure it was automated, althought no one every replied to my email from Saturday. Luckily I knew about the issue they were having for the bedding store. I replied and let them know that I had sent an email explaining my issue in detail and that I was aware that they were having an issue and I would get it submitted as soon as I could.

Assuredd: I had been having problems with the compatibility with their site and IE 10. I hit compatibility mode and that solved it. Even more recently, I noticed that the compatibility button disappeared and I was not having any issues at all. They either fixed something on their end or IE fixed it with one of their updates. The last 9-10 shops I have submitted since that fix have been fine, no java script error, no submit problem. This one was totatlly on their end. I submitted with IE 10 with no issues yesterday moring. They just needed to fix their SQL database issue. My husband is a programmer and has created several SQL databases. I finally had him look at the error message and he was also able to confirm that it was an error on their end. Either way, thanks for the tips!
That compatibility button shows on mine and I'm using IE9. My very first report was a big problem to upload, but now, I'm zooming. They probably fixed their error. Less headaches for everyone, huh? smiling smiley

marylo, most shops are done on a monthly basis. By the end of the month most schedulers have bonused up to get the last few shops done. Probably if you check today (in May) or over the next few days the May shops will show up. It's not unusual for there not to be much on the boards the last few days of a month.
