Cori went nuts

I scheduled two restaurant audits with them for last friday 7/26/13. I get this email from the scheduler on 7/25 saying the evaluations were cancelled for the 26th, but I could do them on 27th. I replied saying no thank you, my route was built for the 26th. So I rewrote my route and went to another city instead. The 26th night while coming back from my route I get the reminder from Cori about the two jobs due on 27th. I replied saying they removed the job from me already. Yesterday I got the last warning to which I replied again. Today I get the emails that jobs were removed from me.
Now for a lazy scheduler that rescheduled jobs for me without me agreeing to it, I have 2 negative marks with Cori. I wonder if they are going to let me do those restaurant again...

That really sucks. First they screw with your dates at the last second wrecking your route... then to not remove them for you so your rating takes a hit. The first email to the scheduler who told you about the re-schedule should've done the trick... but I wonder if when you replied to those two auto-emails, if anyone even saw those. Do those come from one of those 'no reply' emails? I can't recall. But still, the scheduler should've taken care of it in the first place!

That really stinks. Please don't let it slide, though.
Please get on the phone tomorrow and let the project manager know. Janalou posted the new phone number on an earlier Cori thread. It's critical that we each hold the new folks accountable with the change in Cori staff and HQ, or else we'll all be suffering from slipshod support.
The late e-mails are all computer generated from a no reply address. You have to contact them on Monday to get to your rating restored. They have done it in the past so I am assuming they will continue do so.

Well, it's fair also to give credit. This is the email I got today from Cori.

XXXXXXXX,

I will restore your rating to its value before you accepted the shops. Sorry for the inconvenience.

On Friday I received the dreaded ERROR REPORT form a CORI editor. I supplied the requested info nearly immediately. I then received a THANK YOU, and an apology for their error in asking for a photo of the pump on a full service shop.

OH EMM GEE !
