CORI Shop - no shop details or Auditor Checklist

I am scheduled to complete a shop for CORI tomorrow. I just went to review the shop details and there were none. I called the phone number but no one was there. I left a message. Anyone else ever experienced this with CORI?

I don't think I have ever seen guidelines for Cori shops. They only have the training videos. They have a little bit of information under view details but you need to go back through you're training video for that client if you don't remember what to do.
i've never seen no guidelines for any of their shops.
Did you look at their university and then find the
brand you are shopping for?

If there was a training I would go back over that.
I would also look at the survey and see what the questions are.
Under shop details they give you basic information and then they have what they call the Auditor checklist. None of that is there. This is a furniture store and there are a few different scenarios. I have done this shop before and they always tell you what scenario to use. Without knowing the scenario I can't do the shop.

Every single shop I've done for them has guidelines and a checklist which I print out.

This is very strange. Mind you, the checklist for a shop I had yesterday was wrong. The instructions and the checklist were different and I had to contact them to verify what to follow.
If you're visiting the slothful young man, I found the info just now under Shop Overview, with a bullet point reading...

"Present the XXXXXXXXXX XXXX Scenario (per the guidelines noted in the instructional presentation and checklist)."

All three locations within 50 miles have the same scenario and all 3 have the checklist which describes the scenario particulars.
I found the checklist easy enough, but I finally gave up on doing work for them. I did four shops that were submitted, but their site kept saying "this portion of the site is under construction and will be down for 2-3 hours. That went on for a full 6 days.

I had other issues with using Firefox and had to switch my browser to Explorer, which did help, but I found it awkward to use. After making contact after contact and getting no response, or a response so late that my job was removed from the board, I just called it quit with them. Life is short, and this work should be joyful. I'll stick with companies that don't cause so much frustration.
Thanks. The shop overview is usually under shop details In this case Shop Details is blank.

I think the system is a mess at the moment and I think they are overwhelmed with it.

That's what happens when you cut your staff by about 24 people ....

Actually (and surprisngly) I have found the new staff to be
very helpful and quick to respond and answer any questions.
Also have found so far that all shops have been graded the
same day I have entered them. Something that hasn't happened
with the "old cori" in a very long time.

The person that I spoke to on the phone was helpful in getting it resolved. I had also left a message the night before and received a call back the next morning. That is all you can ask for.
