Can't figure out how to contact Gen. Chat for Cori

The weather here is getting pretty bad and I have a shop that has to be completed at night and can only be completed on the weekends. I want to contact them to reschedule but it says to contact general chat and I can't for the life of me figure out how to do that. I sent a message through the online help.

Chat probably isn't online right now. After you click on it there is a drop down menu next to "Question for:" and it lists all of the clients. If anyone is online it would be indicated next to the name of the client.

Thanks - I sent a message to the scheduler. No way am I getting out in the mess. Hope they understand.

In the past they have always been good about weather related reschedules. The new offices are in Indianapolis so they are experiencing what the rest of are and should understand.

General Chat has delegated weekend communications duties to Private Peon.
You can reach Pvt. Peon at 800-977-8943, follow the instructions for the extension, then listen to the voicemail for the emergency phone number.
Or just leave a message at the voicemail without bothering Pvt. Peon at home.
Or, since you don't really get gigged for a late report until after your third late notice, you can call the main number above any time tomorrow morning and speak to one of the regular office folk to explain the situation. Just ignore the first late notice you get this evening.
