Is anyone having trouble logging in with companies who use Sassie? It doesn't matter which company I try. If they use Sassie, I can't get logged in. Internet Explorer says, "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". Chrome says, "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect". I even tried going to Sassie's website, www.sassieshop.com. That page couldn't come up either. This has been going on for about a week. Anyone know what's happening?
Thanks everyone. It's working now but it's been on and off the past couple of weeks. I'm afraid of committing to do any shops for MSC who use Sassie bc I don't want to be locked out and not able to complete the report.
But, I recently had issues with Sassie and my MSPA Certification. It would not let me input the data. I inquired about it and I got a reply that there is an issue with that.
The last few times that I have updated AVAST (free anti virus), they have urged me to upgrade to Google Chrome as my primary browser as a part of the process. When I declined, the update aborted. What does that mean? Anyway, Firefox has always been a good alternative as a browser for SASSIE and especially for Prophet.
