I'd love to hear it! As a shopper, it'd definitely raise my morale to hear about all the things that I haven't done, and it'd teach me how and why some things that I hadn't even thought about might be irritating.

Seattleshop-

We have four schedulers total that work in office. I will make sure to let the scheduler who sent that email know he must be more clear in subject lines. We are still on boarding him so this feedback is helpful so he is properly trained. As for the 1-2 hours away , as I stated before we are working with the technology given to us. We try our best to really pair the shops that are close by using our SASSIE system and google maps. We are not familiar with the traffic of your area . If all the shops are in Seattle we will just send one large mass email out to hit everyone instead of several small emails. This is the best way for us to complete our jobs properly.

Thank you so much for the great feedback. I appreciate all my mystery shoppers especially with this client . I was just in a meeting with this client recently and brought up that the food item would need to be changed more frequently . This month will feature a new sub. The client requests the same survey for the other convenience stores as they are the ones paying to get them shopped so they can have comparable data. The client as well as I know all the convenience stores are not the same and have different features but for the purpose of the competitive shop the report must remain the same.

I don't understand why they don't realize that we read NONE of their emails when they make our inbox look like this: [tinypic.com]

I think that Sassie is a deeply flawed piece of software. I wonder how much shop companies pay to license this product that doesn't serve their needs.
