one step I have a recorder. I set it and forget it. It hears everything. The narritives are super word for word because I have a terriffic memory ON MY RECORDER. No one sees me looking at my watch. No one sees me writing any notes. When you get home or in the car blocks away you can take notes.

You can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want ..Zig Zigler
You must live in a one-party state, Dave - I don't. I've recorded shops on my cell phone app just for my own memory, but it always bothered me. I don't now unless it's assigned as such. That's why we have to use notes either in a phone app or the restroom. It would sure make it a lot easier your way!

This kind of software has been around for years. School teachers use it to catch students who recycle reports or online articles.

Does that mean you can't write your

No, it has nothing to do with the mechanics of how you write your report. It's all about copying someone else's work.
April I like your response. As a fairly new shopper myself, it was nice to read another person's point of view. It's not like I, or anyone else, can copy your report. It gives me an idea of what to aspire to.
Dave, I also record my shops on my cell phone. It helps enormously. That being said, there have been a few times the recorder malfunctioned. After the first time, when the shop is completed, I sit in my car and listen to the recording a bit to make sure it worked. If not, while the shop is still clear, I make notes. Also, for apartment shops, I take a note pad with me. It is quite normal to make notes regarding the particulars of apartments. In real life if you were shopping for an apartment, they would all look alike after a few.
