Please Help! Trying to get in touch with a GfK scheduler

I am trying to get in touch with a GfK scheduler and the receptionist just keeps sending me to people's voicemails and no one is returning my calls. When I call back the receptionist says "Try this number but I can't promise anything". Why can't I just speak to a person? Has anyone else had this problem with GfK? I've tried 800-813-2313 and 270-689-0030, does anyone have a better number? I do not know who the scheduler is that is assigned to my shop...

I sent them a message last night about one of the credit card shops and still haven't heard back. It doesn't tell me which test I need to do (think I've already done it) and the shop could be denied if I haven't done it. Plus, I'm kinda annoyed that it didn't tell me the browser I needed until I scheduled it. I have a Mac which means I can't use Internet Explorer and am gonna have to use an old computer or make other arrangements. The shop was due yesterday but it didn't get done because I don't have the answers I needed. I'm sure it can be rescheduled though but I thought for sure I would've heard back by now.
Oh, and it will tell you the scheduler and his/her email address if you click on "Help/Contact" on the shop log by the shop you are inquiring about.
I second the help/contact button to get to scheduler as well as a cc to donna. Only one scheduler for gfk has given me a phone number ever and yes it can take up to 2 days for a scheduler to get back to you. Not often but it has happened to me. Good luck.
I have never used the Internet Explorer with GfK and I have been able to submit all of my reports.
For this particular shop you have to use a certain browser they assign you. In this case it's Internet Explorer.

Still haven't heard back. Hope this doesn't ruin my score. I really like these credit card shops too and would like to finish this one.
Search the Job Board section of this Forum for GFK, and you'll get three different schedulers that you can PM, two of them with direct email addresses posted, and one of them with a cell number.

I had the same problen. Finally she admitted that there is no one in the Ny off8ce. Tey definitely have a communication problem. Tried to call scheduler for 2 days. Kept getting "mailbox full". Also did not return enails.

Go to your Shop Log. Click Help/Contact. It will tell your scheduler and his e-mail address.
