Can we ask for an update/score about our report

Good morning.. I have an question I would like to ask..

I did a shop on 6/3. On 6/6 I got this reply. Thank you for assisting us with this mystery shop. For future reports, please be sure to comment in your narratives on all NO responses. Your report has been finalized and submitted to our client. Thank you.

It is now 6/10 and I have not received my score.

This was an Sassie Company. How long does it take for some one to look over a report and reply back with the score? Also after a few days are we allowed to e-mail them and ask them about it..

This was my 1st shop with this company.. and I read some place that some Sassie companies don't use a score.

There are other shops that I would like to do with this company but before I do any more shops I would like to know how I did on this one smiling smiley

As you said, some companies do not score reports. Others score reports but the scores are internal only. If you received feedback but no score was given, I would say this is probably a company that does not give a score. If you identify the company, one of us can probably confirm that.

Having gotten feedback, and having been told the shop was finalized and sent to the client, you know how you did on this shop. I'm not sure what exactly you are asking. If you are asking whether you should contact the editor and insist on further feedback, my advice would be no.
A score does not give you more or less money. It signifies as an advantage to do certain other shops. Some shops score 1 to 5, while other score 1 to 10. And some no scoresmiling smiley Be bless that you received a feedback notice on future "NO" responses. I would be more conerned with getting paid what was authorized, not a score. If you follow guidelines and scenarios, you wouldn't need to question the results.

If the company pays within 30 days then you have your answer. If they pay within 60-90 days, then you will probably be sitting on pins and needles until you get paid. Also if the MSC have more shops in your area, assign them, to let them know you learned your lesson on "NO" responsessmiling smiley
The copany is North Folk. When they say it was sent to the client to they mean North Folk or the mystery Shop where I did it.

When I looked this morning there were no more shops in my area.. Some one else grabbed them.. But I will apply next time something comes open in my area.

Thanks for helping an newbie smiling smiley
If you shopped McDonalds then it is likely (though not always) that McDonalds is the client. If they say they sent it to the client then the likelihood is that you will be paid.

Isaiah4031a, it is North Fork, not North Folk. They are YOUR client since they are the MSC. The company you shopped is the MSC's client. This MSC pays relatively fast.

jpgilham, did you just make an ICA and forum violation? You named a specific client while the OP already named the MSC in a previous post.
That was not how I read it. I just read it as an example client, not that they are shopped by that MSC.
My shops for North Fork have comments but no grades. There are some companies where sometimes I receive a grade and sometimes I don't. For one company, all of my reports have grades in the grade column, except for one. That one, the grade is mentioned in the comment box, but not put into the grade box.

In my experience, the comment you received would get an 8 or 9 from a company which posts grades.
Thanks. I was looking over the list of MS and the payments and I did not notice North Fork on the list..

Another question--

Since I mention North Fork I can't mention I shop XXX right?

If I am reading this right my report has been sent in to North Fork and I will be payed in a timely matter.

How fast is fast?

Sorry for all the questions smiling smiley

No worries. That is what we are here for.

Yes - if you mention the MSC, you cannot divulge their clients.

"Fast" is relative. To me, fast is 2 days-a week. Relatively fast is a month. What I think of as "regular" is 4-6 weeks (example - payment at the end of the month following the month in which the shop is done, like March 5 shop payment is made the end of April). This seems to be how a lot of my companies pay. Slow would be 90 days. JMHO.

And, no to Sybil's ICA question - the example client jp used has no relation to the MSC mentioned in the thread.
