Second to none problem to submit form

I am currently having problem submitting second to none form. It is for a wireless kiosk. At the end of the form, it ask for store no, which is 4 digit. This match their instruction. But when I tried to enter it on the form, it insist that it start with 01. Well, my store no does not start with 01. Was just curious if anyone has done this shop recently and saw the same problem?

Does it start with a 01 inside their online section about the shop? If so, copy and paste it.

I would just submit 0100 and shoot the scheduler an email. Problem with their software or just a little something you are not seeing. This will keep the shop from being later over a minor thing that should be easy to clear up...

Yeah, I am getting ready to do that, but I thought I'd ask the forum

This is my first shop with them, so I am a bit unsure what to expect.

I encountered that also at the wireless kiosk. I added 01 to the front of the store number and submitted it that way. The shop was accepted.

I've found Second to None pretty easy as far as editors go.

I have had mixed experience. Sometimes I end up writing back, "As I wrote below in such and such section:" and copying and pasting. Other times I don't hear anything for a year.
