Sally Craig with KSS. She is always so accommodating and easy to work with. She is responsive and doesn't make me feel bad for rescheduling!

Sally Craig gets my vote. There are LOTS of good schedulers so it's hard to decide, but she's come through for me many times!
My shops from her come through KSS and RBG.
I nominate Dan O'Neil at Alta360Research. He is gracious, answers questions at once, and provides advice professionally and gently.
Okay, thought of one more, also with Mintel: Danielle Austin-Cano. She was very helpful with yet another long-term project I was doing for them, responding right away to questions, and always with a friendly attitude.

Practitioner of the Nerdly Arts.
Michelle Ferry Second to None, company and scheduler. Had a recent car issue that put me down for the day and she understood and rescheduled two shops for me. Which I appreciated because I'm going to need that money to pay for the repairs.
Dixie Gilmore- Shoppers Critique. Always a joy to speak with in person and responds to emails quickly. Recently contacted her for shops in new area for me and she was able to send some work my way. Thanks Dixie!
Sally Craig (KSS, RBG, AND MORE) she understands that LIFE comes first then shops. She is humane and honest to a fault. There are many good ones but Sally is great.
Brandon Lino - Checkmate Inspections - Besides being a genuinely nice person, he immediately responds to emails and always takes the time to say "Thank you" after the audit is completed.

(heart)

I intend to live forever. So far, so good.
Rachel Kramer (reflections, isecretshop) I have asked her when does she sleep. She responds each and every time in record breaking speeds all the time. She accepts a 'cancel' with a grain of salt and masks het frustration, especially on those 2:00am -4:00am 24 hour diner shops in Timbuktu.
Matt Messana, GCS Field Research - Very nice man; enjoy his sense of humor; he's super helpful and responds to emails very quickly.

I intend to live forever. So far, so good.
My favorite by FAR, is Thomas Gall, from Mintel. He ALWAYS replies to inquiries in minutes, not hours. He has held my hand, virtually, when my senior self got confused on a few things. He is also easy to contact on the phone, and seems to really care about his shoppers. No way I could let this subject get away without nominating him.
Oh, I would have to nominate Dawn, too. I rarely speak with her anymore, but she is terrific and highly responsive.
I am nominating Alan Juarez at KSS International, Inc. He has offered me great jobs, lots of bonuses and is a great scheduler to work with.

I have three schedulers I would like to nominate:
Peggy at Market Force - Great communicator, down to earth, and moves heaven and earth to get her job done, while managing to offer scheduling that works for me! Have asked her when she ever gets to sleep.
Chris Grattan with Peformalogics - Great sense of humor and always prompt to respond to questions.
Julie with Team 3 at Maritz - Organized, responsive, and always looking for opportunities that will work with my routes.
I would like to recommended Sally Craig with KSS and Imwork through RGB. She is easy to work with and always available for guidance .
Jennifer Lentz@Second to None - She is professional and an excellent scheduler due to her prompt responses and attention to detail.
Matt Dumas@Alta360 Research - Matt is professional and responds to emails in a thorough and timely manner. He is decisive when scheduling which allows the shopper to effectively plan.
I would like to nominate Sally at Kern Scheduling. I've only worked with her through RBG, but she is amazing. She calls me to check up on my shops and is very easy to get a hold of. She's a pleasure to work with!
Kathy Hart at Clear Evaluations gets my nomination. Kathy is well-organized and always available to review guidelines and scenarios. She is responsive to my emails and phone calls and can be easily reached.
It may be too late for this nomination, but Amy Robertson who was with Measure Consumer Perspectives was one of the best schedulers a video shopper could ever ask for. She knew my equipment and capabilities as well as how far I would travel. I was able to successfully negotiate price and due dates with her when scheduling routes.
I would like to nominste Sally Craig from RBG. She is awesome to work with. Helps you out with reschedules, always available, responds quickly to emails or calls. It is a pleasure working with her.
Nikki Atkins, GFK
Lori Kayajanian, Goodwin
Nicole Johnson, GFK
Alyson Whitten, Beyond Hello (Now, Mystery Researchers I guess)
Tara Wright at Bare International.

Of all the schedulers I've contacted on multiple occasions, she's easily the sanest and most professional. When I ask questions for clarification on assignments and such, her emails are well-written, conversational, and fully answer my question(s). I actually get the impression she put thought into my request and tailored her answer to my situational inquiry. Too many schedulers reply to my emails with responses which make me think they either suck incredibly hard at reading comprehension or just didn't bother to think about the question(s) I posed.
