About Face tracking

I feel really dumb, but I can't find the payment tracking page. I did a shop for them a month and a half ago and realized I have no idea when I'm supposed to get paid. I tried looking at the site, but I still can't find it. Can someone please tell me if they have a tracking page, and where it is located. Thanks.

The Prophet reporting system allows you to see the shops you have completed but does not, at this time, have any way to track payments. On the page where you sign in there is a little link "When will I get paid?" or some such. If you click on that it takes you to a page where you can contact them. I think you are to wait 45 days before contacting them.

You can get to the "When will I get paid?" site from a link the bottom of the shopper's page. One there, put in your email and zip code. That takes you to a page where you put in the shop name, location ID, and confirmation number, month assigned, and year.

At the bottom of the page where you put in your zip code, they have a note, "PLEASE NOTE: We are experiencing delays in the processing of payments due to a change of the financial system we use. If it has been more than 45 days from the date of your shop submission and you do not find it here, please email us at payables@aboutfacecorp.com. Please be sure to include your name and the date of your shop. We look forward to assisting you further." It has been there several months. Methinks they need a new excuse. :0 But, I can say I was paid for this December 23rd shop via paypal on Feb. 4th. ;-)
