I answered them the same as I always have. Yes to all the "I understand" questions, and no to the previous employment and medical condition questions.
Now I'm ineligible based on my answers. I even backed up and looked at the questions. Nothing new, no trick questions.
Any one else have this happen?
Sadly, this is because shoppers say they checked the restroom, when they didn't. Shoppers say they stayed 15 minutes after the food was ready and they didn't. Shoppers said they stayed near the front to hear their number called and they didn't.@Dmburleson wrote:
I went to Five Guys the other day. I had to go 30 mins before closing. A hassle but I did it. Anyway, now when you fill out the form for them, at the end of the report they have a sentence that says something about if this is information is not correct, they will sue you in civil court. I was honest and did as they asked, but that just hit a nerve with me. Not sure I will go see them again.

Maybe they just want to see who's determined to shop Five Guys before they let you pass the screening!

You gotta really want it.
Or even worse, eating at Five Guys at 9:30 PM at night!@scanman1 wrote:
I hate the fact that I have to schedule Five Guys so far in advance. I'm going to go have a 1 1/4 lb Maine lobster dinner tomorrow and then go to Five Guys for lunch the next day. Then I need to go eat a Burrito and a sack of chips by the end of the week. Too much unhealthy food in too short a period of time.
I just knew it!@Mert wrote:
The MSC was indeed having trouble with screenings. I did the screening for a premium fee and failed it. I thought nothing about it, just figured I had not paid attention. A couple of days later, I got a call asking me to do the shop, offering a few additional dollars. I told the scheduler what had happened and he confirmed what we already figured out.

I saw it today. It's there every time. It just basically says to be honest about what you are reporting or you will be civilly prosecuted for any false reporting. This is not a big deal. Just be honest.@sdbens2 wrote:
I don't see this message today (2/16) at the bottom of the report. Do you still see the warning? I called [MSC deleted] and hotline rep did not see the warning either.
As long as there is going to be mystery shopping, you are going to have two things:@LisaSTL wrote:
Why? How about one of the many cases of he said/she said we have with mystery shopping. Unless it is a video shop or the store shopped employs both video and audio surveillance, how exactly do you prove your honesty?

Would you please send me a link to where you see this? Thanks!
