Help! Phone call recording for ACL.

I can't find the information about how to record a phone call for ACL. Help!

When you go to the assignment page, there's a button/link to place the call. It will instruct you to enter your own phone number. You'll receive an automated phone call and just follow the prompts. Once you finish the call, it will be attached to the report and you can listen to it.

I find it can be challenging to do a take out recorded shop as I need to do the call from home and then race to the shop.

This small client (5-6 local locations total) requires many photos inside the location and even outside. I must be at the pickup line before the time stated. If I call right at noon for a lunch shop, they still tell me only 15-20 minutes. I may have to try the browser on my cell phone and then have it call my cell phone if I ever do a recorded pickup shop that is not extremely close and do this when almost there.

Has anyone else done the call with the browser on an Android phone and changed the number and took the call on your cell phone?

Thanks! Turns out a recorded phone call wasn't needed. I was confused because when I was uploading my receipts, it kept saying that the recording hadn't been uploaded.

I did that on my last take out shop. I sat in the parking lot and made the call. It worked well. Gave me time to reread the guidelines, too, which was good as it was my first shop at that client.
