The employee fiddled around with the cooler and found where one of those plastic strips in front holding the tray of drinks in place had apparently come loose and got hung up on something. The bottles of drinks below were what was holding the top tray in place and when I got my tea loose from there everything then broke free and went flying. I wouldn't be surprised if that security video is replayed over and over just so folks can laugh.

But most important, did you get a receipt?
I had to pursue the employee through the store and ask her to generate a receipt but she went back and gave me one.

Did you report that the floors were sticky and the aisles were not clear due to merchandise that was strewn throughout the store?

The floors were sticky, aisles and merchandise was in disarray and it startled a local drug dealer so much he dropped one of his "products".

Oh my! This is hilarious. I'm a fairly new shopper and haven't had any interesting experiences thus far. I kind of hoping I will now!!
Wow! I thought my day was a bowl of boredom. You just made my day, Cettie! Now I am really excited to start mshopping today, especially now that the Blue Jays broke the tie vs the Orioles.
On my way to a BWW shop Tuesday I saw two guys cleaning up a similar mess outside of CVS. Somehow they dropped at least one large pallet of beverages off the back of a truck. Now that looked like a mess.
