In my area in Maryland most of the locations have the same price for burgers and fries, drink prices can be a little different. One location, for some reason, charges a lot less for bacon than the others do.
In most cases, to stay under $12 you have to order a plain burger or other entree. Adding cheese or bacon to a burger puts you over, after taxes.
That being said, I order what I want.
