Help Needed---Maritz Shop (resolved)

I completed a Maritz gas station shop but am unable to figure out how to enter the results. I have all the pictures, the security code, and the responses ready for the questions on the survey but cannot access how to enter the report. Can anyone provide advice? Many thanks.

It was a gas station after dark shop. I log on and see it on my current jobs. I hit the link and all I can get to is the job requirements, details and an option to print the survey, which I had done, so I have the security code. I can't locate any links to access the actual survey so that I can input my answers and to include the photos I had taken. I haven't done any shops for this company in months so I can't recall how it had worked in the past and none of the shops for this company were ever for a gas station.

If you're not seeing the "report" link on the shop home page, that usually means that it was done before it was supposed to be done and can't be reported yet.

Or..it could mean you did not take the required quiz. Your best bet is to call them and they can reset the quiz, if that's what the problem was.

Thank you both for your replies. I had taken and passed the quiz but maybe I need to retake it in order to proceed with the report. I will give the company a call in a little while. I appreciate your help!

Sorry if you are offended, but I usually overlook the obvious. and maybe you are too. Look at the header info, name address etc, Right under that is a "table" It is very likely you are overlooking this as just part of the layout or decoration of the page.The table has four heading Review requirements, In shopping window,waiting to report to client, and on hold. Under the review heading is blue if you have passed the test. under the In shopping window is a green bar with "Click to complete" When you click that, the report comes up. If you are looking in the list of link under the "email the scheduler" icon, you will never find the right place.

Sounds like it's got to be a date issue. Did you call them?

It was a mistake on my part. I had taken the quiz before requesting the assignment. In order for me to get to the debriefing part of the report, I had to take the quiz again. Now I just have to hope that my photos were acceptable. Thank you to everyone who responded to my post. I truly appreciate it.
