Maritz-CX Just a bad experience -A letter to Maritz-CX

I had called on 3/24/17 to set up 43 shops for the month of April. I had a very nice conversation with a scheduler, I was told I had to wait until the 1st of the month before assignments were given out.
I called back today just in case and more than 3/4 or the jobs I had requested had already been assigned. What happened to the "we don't assign shops until the first of the month?" I have done over 500 shops for Maritz and MaritzCX and because of an over zealous editor, I lost me self-assign rights., I have done over 100 jobs since then, and still no self-assign rights.,so if you do not want me to shop for you anymore so be it. nobody in the administration wants to fix this because they say it is all done by computer, well have you ever heard of "garbage in garbage out" It just means that if someone puts in bad information into a computer only bad information will come out. I am truly very upset! This is very unfair I am a senior citizen that does 10 shops a day, sure once in awhile there is a mistake, but it is always taken care of within 12 hours. Until this is brought to the attention of the administrative staff I will send this email every day until I am contacted by said administrative staff. Regretfully,

The 3/4 of the jobs were self-assigned by other shoppers. Only the schedulers do not have access to them until the first of the month. Strange but true, I was told directly by a scheduler.
And no will ever see your email at Maritz. Well maybe a higher up but it will just be ignored and deleted. Eventually they may decide to just kick you out as a shopper. As Sestrahelena explained they were most likely self-assigned and I know from experience that things we can see online some schedulers can't. Since the preferred method of Maritz is phone have you tried calling administrative and explain the situation to get your self assign rights back. You may do a million shops and not get them back until talking on the phone to administrative. Just my 2 cents

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
Admin doesnt like to answer, they are on the pony express answering service. They are just terrible in Admin. terrible.
