sHell reports... added narrative

I am doing my first Shell for 2017 (yes I've been lazy) and I see a giant box for a narrative with a 3000 character limit. Kill me now.

Is this with the company that hires the retirees? I have three coming up! What is the narrative asking?

Just your experience from the point of view of a customer. I gave what I would call a "medium" narrative, about a paragraph. We'll see how that goes. One of the reasons I like gas stations is the lack of narratives, and they didn't add any extra pay to the base price for this either.
I have done shells in 2017 and the narrative box was always there. Unless they have changed it in the last month, it just said to comment on anything unusual or if you couldn't take a particular photo. If it was a normal shop with nothing out of the ordinary occurring, I just wrote "NA."

Oh wait.. now I'm remembering...was it after the numeric ratings? Just a couple of sentences why I rated it like I did....not even a full paragraph.

Tell that to a certain Canadian chain, that also has grocery and hardware stores. Their gas stations require a "short" narrative on the pump attendant and the cashier inside. This is in addition to the multiple choice that sometimes require comment. Did I mention that they are normally reimbursement only? This last round, they seem to be experimenting with adding a small fee from get go, with decent success it seems.
