Bbb certification test

I have no idea what I was answering wrong on this test. I took it until it wouldn't let me take it anymore. I found conflicting info in the sample form and the instructions. Are all of these test this way?

I would reach out to the scheduler. They may be able to reset or clarify. That test is ugly because of the required Qs each period and the test doesnt always reflect it. Email: Help@fullmscname.com. I cant give you the address as you named the client. If you update your title to something generic, I can.

I had the same problem. The first time I took it, no problem. The second and third shops were problematic, but I passed. The last time, I couldn't pass. I contacted the scheduler, who contacted someone else and had me take it again after we reviewed the questions. I didn't pass. I stopped trying.

Part of the problem was the link to view the form didn't work so I looked at the sample which was in the same material for the test but it was for a different round. I didn't realize this until after I took the test a hundred times. I did email someone. I've never experienced anything like that taking a test.

I had problems with this, as well. I read and re-read the guidelines since I found them to be confusing. I tried taking the test three times and never passed. I finally decided not to pursue it.

The time it takes to study the conflicting guidelines and take the incorrect test averages in with the overall shop time and makes it not worth the effort.
