Today I shopped Friday's restaurant. Tomorrow is HoneyGrow. They are a regional stir fry quick serve.

I'm debating on a 5 Guys shop tonight. I'm not hungry and I don't need the calories, but the shop is close and easy!

Today I did an electronics shop and a grocery shop. Just got the email a few minutes ago that I got the shop I applied for yesterday at a burger joint, so I guess I'll be going there in the next hour or so to do a late night shop.
Last 2 February shops on Monday someone offers a BIG bonus.

I just completed a mystery shop survey. That was my last unrevealed task for awhile. From now and into February, I have scheduled only revealed, merch-related assignments. This is new for me. All me, all the time. Hmmmm......

Tonight I applied for a BJ's curbside shop and a bakery shop at a museum near work.

I was assigned a shop very close to home. While I'm reading the guidelines, I get an email from the scheduler canceling. I politely asked what happened. She told me that she assigned it to someone else who had asked for it earlier. Messed up, huh. I politely replied back that I understood.

She replied back with the bakery shop at the museum.

I love when being polite pays off!

I have a beauty shop at a walking distance. I need to get my eyebrows and a facial done. It's -16 C and DH strictly told me to stay inside. I lied and told him that I rescheduled the shop. I am leaving in an hour. Pls don't tell himsmiling smiley
You need your husband's permission to go outside?

"I told myself to quit you; but I don't listen to drunks." -Chris Stapleton
I don't need anybody's permission. I was very ill last week. It's terribly cold outside and he worries a lot. I mean a LOT. He told me to reschedule the shop so that I don't have to walk out in the cold. I went anyway coz I was bored. Not many shops today.

Post removed as it requested breach of the Forum guideline which states, "Do not reveal the clients of mystery shopping companies". Mod
Monique,
I see that you are a new member, and I welcome you. I also want you to know that ANY naming of which MSC shops which client would be a violation of the shopper's ICA (Independent Com tractor Agreement) as well as of the most basic of the forum rules, laid down by the forum owner and available for you to read immediately to the right of the post.

Asking other forum members to violate their ICAs is usually considered asking them to violate the rules. It does not matter whether it is a PM, a whisper in your ear or a shout on the forum and professional shoppers do take their ICAs seriously.

I'm in the middle of my first "route" shop (I think that's what it's called?). Two nights at a hotel, which didn't include dinners so I also added in 3 dinners and two lunches. I've never done this many in one week before but I've been on top of the reports so it hasn't been overwhelming.

This is probably my last month of mystery shopping for the next few months because I'm due to give birth in 8 weeks. And then of course life will baby will make shopping different, to say the least. No more hotels and wayyyy less fine dining, that's for sure.
That must be a regional thing...my cousin owns a Chik-Fil-A in Texas and they don't have a shopping program in place there.

Sorry, I thought that PM was fine since it won't be "public" in the forum, but you are right, that is also a violation of the ICA regardless. I will investigate to see which MSC companies offer those shops. Thank you.
Hey Monique, just tackle about 5 MSC applications per day and before you know it you will find the shops you are looking for. That's the way the rest of us had to do it.
