Where Are You Shopping Today?

Keep in mind, a lot of veteran shoppers are signed up with way more than a few companies, try 100 to 150 or more. I'm not familiar with the shops you listed, but I do know coveted shops may not always be visible to a newer shopper. Some MSCs want shoppers to perform other assignments before allowing them to see what might be considered the better ones.

That's true. I am fairly certain that most of those clients mentioned are visible to newer shoppers as well as veterans, though.
They are very popular here. There is one being built next to an existing one on a major highway.

That must be a regional thing...my cousin owns a Chik-Fil-A in Texas and they don't have a shopping program in place there.

Today is Chik-fil-A.

Tomorrow is a gas station/convenience store, next Wednesday is a bakery, and next Friday is Pret A Manger.

Sheesh, Chik-Fil-A is popular everywhere. We have two within 15 miles of my house and neither of them are shopped but they are always super busy. When I go visit my cousin in Texas, there is usually a line of cars wrapped around the building and the dining room is busy as well. She told me that they don't need a shopping program because they are blessed with awesome employees. She and her husband are opening up a second one in the next city over. I am guessing that the franchise owner near you decided to implement the shopping program since it's not a national thing.
Convenience stores, post offices, FF Chinese restaurant. My convenience stores are 2nd shift so I am leaving around 1 PM, just piddling around for now.
Not going anywhere today. For the first time in years, I could not get out of my driveway because of the snow. >sad smiley Is it possible to have a NO-wheel drive car? I think that's what I have. Ironically, I had two targeted auto dealerships on my schedule for today.
Thank you all for your recommendation and tips. I will start signing up with different MSCs.
Oh, that's interesting. I thought the headquarters bigwigs decided on the mystery shopping. Chik-Fil-A is in its own class!

I like their food, but I don't love it. I eat it maybe once a year if I'm not on a shop.

It's that original chicken sandwich that I love. That's the only thing I ever get. I like it with mustard, mayo, and pickles only. It brings back memories of the last 70s when I first ate at Chik-Fil-A with my mom. I only eat there about once a year now, but it's just one of those things.
Mel's drive-in is like that for me, so much fun every Friday night after school dances with the waitress's on roller skates.....Today I did a trial for a burger place, and I have the heartburn to show it.....then napped and did a return at Kohl's.

Today I did a gas station/convenience store. I went over the $10 reimbursement for gas by $0.07. I liked the fact that all the metrics for the shop were hit.

I landed a To Go shop for a regional sports bar. The good thing is, they upped the reimbursement. I'm scheduled to do the shop for next Sunday.

I only have two Chick-Fil-A near me in the northeast, and they were both shopped back in November. It seemed like they really only wanted to see if the employees were saying the famous phrase every time a customer said thank you.

Yes, it is mostly up to the franchise owner. I sometimes do Little Caesars for a decent bonus but I have to drive by three other Little Caesars that are another franchise.
Oh and two apple x shops different carriers and MSCs, Two Cricket compliance and a hedgehog shop.

Traveling for work today, so I've got an airport dining shop and one other airport shop. I'm on a per diem for this trip so it's like two reimbursements!
Merchandising. Easy day here. smiling smiley

I had a lovely trifecta of garages in the center city. They had entrances on each of three different sides of a city block. Park at #1 walk around the corner, half a block to a coffee shop with good HiFi, clean restrooms and great coffee. Depart with coffee and retrieve vehicle. Drive to #2 and leave coffee in vehicle. Walk next door to a quick food place that has luscious seafood chowder and cornbread. Have a quick, sit-down, lunch there. Retrieve vehicle, drive to #3. Take coffee from vehicle (still warm!) and return to coffee shops to sip it and play games on phone for 20 minutes. I like to grab these 3 garages about every 2nd or 3rd month, sometimes adding a nearby bank or 2 while I am parked. Waiting for a bank assignment for later in the week that would be 1 block from 3 other garages that are on my list for the month. Gotta love having 25 shops that can be done anytime of my choice between 2/2 and 2/ 25. That make adding bank and food and retail to each city trip sooo easy.

I say live for the moment and take it a day at a time, you never know. Sounds like your first. My first was 13 days post-date. I worked all the way up until my due date since I knew I would have time on my hands. If something near or fun is available spur of the moment, why not. Those last weeks you may discover you do not sleep well at night and you nap lightly by day. If you pick up a food service eval at a museum, you can steal a few quiet moments learning or admiring something while you are traveling 'lighter', without distraction. Good luck and enjoy every moment of the journey.

I saw, that might be for me! I appreciate it, thank you
My first Arooga's dine-in shop, and am looking forward to it, especially since there's not a bar visit required.

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
Mimi’s Cafe for breakfast with my wife. Coupon allowed. Then next door to Coffee Bean and Tea.
Just one grocery shop today, after my breast cancer support group meeting. The MSC was offering a $3 bonus on the shop. I countered with $5, and got it! It's about 12 miles from my house, so not too bad. But that's it for today.
I did a bakery cafe. The reimbursement was $10. The whole thing went sideways on my part. I ended up going after work instead of during lunch. I ordered a sweet croissant because they were out of the feta and spinach. They were out of the veggie sandwich I wanted. And so on. I only spend $3. All in all, it was well worth it!
