Where Are You Shopping Today?

I just put in a MAO for $45 at a fast food drive thru restaurant shop that's 14 miles away that they want done today. I bet it gets declined, but I don't really want to go anywhere today because I am cleaning my house, so...

I'm watching the Playoffs, eating burgers in my suite, with my date who wants to watch the game more than I do - probably on the king size bed, then evaluating the bar and restaurant. Four star property on the coast.

I'd much rather evaluate the bar and restaurant than to watch the game.

Then I'm happy I invited my date.

Two post offices that are 3 miles away from each other and a pricing audit in between them in the same area.
Go me. I found a bonused shop that did not require much from my voice. I have applied for another almost voice-free shop for tomorrow. We'll see what happens with that one. smiling smiley

I just did a bear of a report for what should have been a simple job....narrative after narrative..oh dear, retirement looks good. I'm sure I'll spend my 13.00 fee as soon as I leave the house. Who knew, Intelli, spare me.
I did get my May bar audit, I'll take those drinks ASAP.....

They exist... I've had some wonderfully profitable shops from Intellishop.

@MFJ I may ask for proof, but I know you do video and travel to parts unknown, under normal circumstances, no, they don't pay well....just wanted to clear that up.

I'm in this game < 1 year, I tend to be selective since I am working full time yet and don't do video, so that may account for my experience...

I performed three high-end car shops for them last month in a single day for a little over $350.... They were all within 15 miles of my house....In December I did a senior living facility for $75 - it was further from home and fit nicely into a route.... They are currently offer $25 for parking shops nearby that I may or may not get to.... I don't get excited about a lot of their shops, but I do watch their job board and check their email. They will periodically have some to my liking.

I know that they do have video shops (advertised elsewhere), but I have yet to see one.....

I had a Five Guys shop today. This morning, I received a gentle reminder from the MSC that my shop was due yesterday. I looked at the email, and it was definitely 4/26, but I had it on my calendar for 4/27. Thank goodness the MSC is forgiving and I was able to reschedule.

I have not done much this month but hallelujah, the office is now calm. I did a Pret a Manger today. My salad was fresh and delicious and my hot drink was mixed well and sooooo good. I was relaxed and loving this Friday. Tomorrow, two retail shops and a bonus'd bank shop with one of my DD's. She can't wait. My youngest is sad as she has to work. She will benefit from my bank shop, lol.

I'm happy for you, you are a more involved shopper with them than I, however, here the dealership is 17.00,
quite an insult for the work involved. I just don't or am willing to do that much for them, now and then...they are still (for us normal folks) one of the lowest paying with the most difficult Editors....smiling smiley I did do three Jack's for them for 15.00 each, and a dealership is 17.0...sorry, can't wrap my head around this company. I understand when they find someone willing to drive and pick up many difficult jobs (as yourself), you deserve a bonus.

I suspect that we are talking about very different clients. They have more modest dealerships around here and the starting pay is at a pathetic $17. However, these particular dealerships were for cars that cost over $250,000 and go really, really fast..... smiling smiley

I completely agree that MOST of their fees are low. All I am saying is that I seem to find some pretty good ones from time to time.... I think they benefit greatly from the constant discussion here. It seems that every shopper on the planet signs up for them early in their shopping careers and takes a few of their low shops as they check things out. Many of them hear of the MSC from our discussions on this board. Because so many new shoppers give them a try, they are able to pretty well keeping their fees (for the most part) low.
