Where Are You Shopping Today?

Citibank and Lidl today. Tomorrow is a day off unless something appealing shows up on the apps. Thursday is Mattress Firm.

Grocery stores and a restaurant and bar tonight. I need to read some reviews for food ideas becasue I've only ever loved the dessert there.

The dreaded McD's kiosk shop. Up to $75 in my area so I finally jumped. Just finished it. Certainly not an enjoyable shop...but, whatever, it's done. One of the employees asked if I was starting a competing business, lol.

So about 10 days ago, I applied to be a participant in a Focus Group, and heard nothing since.....till this afternoon about 12:45 pm. I got a phone call saying they had a cancellation, and wanted to know if I'd be available from 3-4 pm to discuss health care issues relating to seniors. Fee is $200!! I was available and got in on the group. $200 is pretty money for an hour's "work"!!
And the $200 is already in my bank account as of this morning!....WOO-HOO!
One more Co-op grocery.

You are busy people! I lined my refundable containers up, took pictures, and submitted them. Haven't heard they're approved, so not doing that today, afterall.

Just curious what company the focus group is? I fill out lots of surveys but never get picked for the actual focus group.

Online retail shop. Reimbursement miniscule but it's all good.

It all helps!
Sunny Street Cafe for breakfast.

Personal record of 13 shops. I’m beat. Thank goodness some were presto shops and able to be entered right afterward. One of them was a terrible Panda. I think I learned not to go outside of a meal time. The food was so mushy and soggy.
They contact you. I don't know how they get my name and email, but they reach out every few months.

Five Guys and a chicken shop

Did a 5G today, slight bonus on it. This store is always lackluster. The other ones I do are very good - this one - it's like someone said "go to the DMV office in the bad part of town, and hire the most unhappy employees you can find". I go in with an open mind because I am supposed to score that individual visit - well, the streak continues at this store. I actually like lingering at restaurants. I bring a magazine, usually - 45-50 mins I read. and eat. I left here in 25 mins - just felt 'yucky' attitude inside.
Today is Five Guys for dinner.

Nothing today but this week I have two phone shops, Jackson Hewitt, two Lidl's and a daycare tour. Gotta keep the calendar full!
