How to approach scheduler's blunder?

Another Update:
I received a response from the scheduler telling me that I went to the completely wrong location and asking me if I would visit the location that i was actually assigned (the one I never requested and for which she apologized for giving me in error last week.) I responded with a polite, but strongly worded, message restating the error and forwarding her our email chain as well as the email that confirmed my assignment of the correct shop.

I am fairly certain that this is an issue of sloth and/or incompetence. I am giving the company about two more hours to remedy this before I give it up and put them on my 10' pole list at which time, yes, I will post the MSC and scheduler here for you all....

I'm waiting breathlessly for your next post. This is better than a daytime soap opera.
But I agree with you, they sound out of control and it isn't worth the aggravation you could get with each shop from them. It will cost you much more wasted time and money than it's worth.
Yet another update!
I think I've finally turned a corner. The scheduler has now acknowledged that I was given the wrong form and has said that she'll put the correct form on my site - and send me the evaluation that I already completed so that **I** can copy it into the new form. I think that she went back and read our ridiculous exchanges and my repeated requests for the correct form and realized that she really had blundered. I believe that, after she assigned me the wrong shop the first time, she attempted to correct the blunder and did so by first assigning me the correct shop online (thus generating the automated email) and then deleting the correct assignment that she had just assigned instead of the incorrect one. Then, I suspect, I got lost in the mass of shoppers on her lists and she did not realize what happened....

I am not exactly feeling like I should be transferring my shop to the "correct" form. However, I think if I play the part of the good little soldier, I can use it as leverage to demand a healthier bonus on the shop she's been trying to assign me. I do not believe there is any sort of mal-intent here.... But, this is a painful process and the effort involved in getting this done is simply going to make it so I don't do their shops for anything less than premium pay... More to come, I'm sure....

I have now filled out the correct form... Both shops now show up in my "completed shops" list and I half-wonder if I were to just shut up, I might get paid for both... It's been quite a cluster. When I get the next "emergency must be done NOW" email, I'll see what shops are available... If they advertise the one that I haven't done yet, I just might bite -for the right bonus. ChrisCooper seems to like the scheduler...

Yes, with the saga over, I am ready to say that this has been an interaction with International Service Check.

And now a slap in the face.... The editors graded my shop in the incorrect form and put an "insufficient" on my record. Never mind that it took them nearly a week to get me the correct form. Grrr......

Wow. That's ridiculous.

A slap in the face and they still have not paid you for the "other" shop? What did you expect? The MSC is holding you responsible for the mishap, not them.

You live, to breathe, another day.
Unclear. I was told it would not affect my status as a shopper..... I'm waiting for them to evaluate the current form and I'll take it from there. I'm not sure if I'll apply for another shop of theirs or not at this point....The money would have to be good.
