I understand your frustration with forms, they can be very lengthy. However, if you print form out prior to doing shop, you will know what to look for. Keep a printed form in your vehicle and you could partially fill out after you leave the site. If you like certain shops, you will become familiar with the forms and they shouldn't take but 15 minutes on VERY LONG forms, others less than 5.
