I explained that this was a mistake, that I definitely did not request a pickup time, and I hadn't finished the report yet to proofread. But they said they wouldn't accept it. It was totally my own careless mistake but I was surprised that there was no way to fix it. At least now I never have to eat (name of pizza restaurant) again.

I did a pizza shop for IntelliShop last Thursday. Friday I received an email that the pictures had a yellow haze and slightly blurry. They looked fine on my end. I have done these shops for about 3 years and never had one rejected. So I uploaded new pictures and also emailed pictures to the scheduler on Friday. I didn't hear back from her so I assumed the report went through. On the web site, my report was marked received. Today I got an email from the same scheduler saying the report has been excluded since I failed to make the updates. I have written her 2 more times but still haven't heard back. Anyone else have this happen?
